Quality Service Charter
The Adult Learning Unit organises courses (academic, IT, literacy, crafts, leisure and culture) for learners from 15years upwards.
Through the courses offered by this section, persons have the possibility to develop and upgrade skills, acquire new knowledge and improve the quality of life through lifelong education.
This Charter is our guarantee of good customer service. In it you will find information about the level of service learners expect to receive when applying for adult courses organised by the Adult Learning Unit.
When applying for a course we are expected to:
- Send you a registration note within ten working days after submitting an application;
- Be courteous and helpful;
- Identify ourselves.
When enquiring by phone on telephone numbers 2598 2397/2444 we are expected to:
- Answer the phone after three rings;
- Be courteous and helpful.
