The course aims to reach level 1 in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF). This instructional programme is level rated by the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC).
By the end of this basic level course in English, the learner will be able to understand familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases in the personal, public, occupational and educational domains. This is an ideal starter course for adult learners who want to start improving their English writing, speaking, listening and comprehension skills in the English language.
The Directorate for Lifelong Learning shall be receiving applications between Friday 20th August and Friday 3rd September 2010 from 8.30am till noon. APPLICATIONS SENT BEFORE FRIDAY 20th AUGUST SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED BEFORE THE OPENING DATE.
