| Description |
The course aims to reach Level 1 in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF). This instructional programme is level rated by the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC).
The learner's competency at this basic level, is demonstrated by an ability to:
carry out straightforward numerical calculations encountered in shopping, home, workshop or office environments; read basic measurement scales; extract and interpret straightforward information from tables and charts; solve problems that require a combination of basic mathematical knowledge and skills.
The Directorate for Lifelong Learning shall be receiving applications between Friday 20th August and Friday 3rd September 2010 from 8.30am till noon. APPLICATIONS SENT BEFORE FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED BEFORE THE OPENING DATE.
