The course aims to reach Level 1 (basic) in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF). This instructional programme is level rated by the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC).
At this level, the learner will be able to understand familiar everyday expressions in the Spanish language and very basic phrases in the personal, public, occupational and educational domains.
The learner will acquire basic knowledge and understanding of textbooks and simple tasks while relating to the immediate environment. S/he will be able to follow instructions and completes repetitive simple tasks in familiar contexts and under a quality controlled system.
The learner will obtain knowledge of very basic vocabulary and phrases related to everyday life and representative of the home, work, social and public settings.
The Direcorate for Lifelong Learning shall be receiving applications between Friday 20th August and Friday 3rd September 2010 from 8.30am till noon. APPLICATIONS SENT BEFORE FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED BEFORE THE OPENING DATE.
