| Description |
In order to study the Italian language at Intermediate Level, learners should normally have acquired the knowledge, understanding and skills equivalent to those specified for SEC. The course aims to:
*develop learners' ability to understand the spoken and written forms from a variety of registers;
*encourage learners to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively through both the spoken and written word, using increasingly accurate, complex and varied language;
*develop learners' insights into, and encourage contact with, the contemporary society, cultural background, literature and heritage of Italy.
The Direcorate for Lifelong Learning shall be receiving applications between Friday 20th August and Friday 3rd September 2010 from 8.30am till noon. APPLICATIONS SENT BEFORE FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED BEFORE THE OPENING DATE.
